Green Tea Smoothie


Matcha green tea has many benefits just a few among them are that it has 137 times more antioxidants than regularly brewed green tea and boosts metabolism and burns calories!

At the moment I´m super addicted to Matcha tea smoothies and all things Matcha…..so I wanted to share my morning routine with you by giving you this super easy and yummy recipe for my smoothie.

  • A Half (or less/more depending on how sweet you like it) Banana.
  • Ice Cubes
  • Soy or Almond milk (or both)
  • Matcha Powder

Start by mixing the banana and ice so it is crushed and soft like a slushy. Add the soy/almond milk and Matcha powder. Mix.
